RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your garage organization items from Organized Garage Solutions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Please note items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping is not covered.

Need a package shipped faster? No problem! Please contact us and we will work with you to determine the best and most cost effective shipping method to get your items to you. Additional shipping charges will apply.

We ship every weekday, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. If you ever need to expedite an order, just contact and we'll do our best. We will send tracking information to you once your order has shipped.
IF I NEED TO EXPEDITE MY ORDER WILL I STILL RECIEVE STANDARD SHIPPING FEES?
Standard shipping fee only apply to no-expedited orders.
