How long are shipping times?Products will ship within two to 5 days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep.

What's your return policy?In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs will not be covered and are your responsibility for payment and coverage. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Can I cancel my order?Cancelations are possible if your item has not already shipped. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. If you cancel your item after it has already shipped you can use it or return per our Return Policy.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong item or defective -- then simply notify us, and we’ll work to get the issue corrected.

Do you offer exchanges?We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you ordered, just let us know and we’ll get the issue corrected for you.
